Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
Shipping Area
Delivery is made within Germany as well as to the European Union countries listed below, to European non-EU countries, and to selected countries outside Europe.

European Union
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Europe – Non-EU Countries
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Outside Europe
Argentina, Greenland, Canada and United States of America.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs stated include statutory value added tax.

Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, the following delivery times apply:
- Within Germany: 2–3 working days
- For deliveries abroad: 5–7 working days
The delivery period begins after the conclusion of the contract. In the case of an agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution.
If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the delivery period ends on the next working day.
Information on International Deliveries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These additional costs are not charged by us and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant customs or tax authority.
